Hello hello Amber Rae Photo supporters! I am so glad you are here to join me in my next business quest - Blogging. Get ready for insightful images with stories behind them, and a peek into my personal life. I am excited to begin sharing more about my day to day work and some behind the scenes goodies!
I have always written, but never for anyone but myself. Hopefully my words will come through as clear, comical and narrative. Time will tell I suppose, I will let you be the judge!
Anyways, since this is and will be a photo blog I wanted to share a few images from a lovely Senior Session I had the pleasure of shooting about a month ago.
I first met Emily a few years ago during a session I did for her and her family. Everyone was wearing sweaters, pants and shoes while Emily was sporting a tank and flip flops. The weather definitely wasn't tank top weather for most, but that didn't stop Emily from wearing what she was most comfortable in.
Both of our shoes came off! We definitely couldn't resist a few water photos.
Nearing the end of Emily's session a thunderstorm was clearly rolling in so we ran up to a patch of green grass, I popped a flower crown on Emily's head and scattered her favorite books all around her.
She is such a lovely girl surrounded by a supportive and whole hearted family. Emily is currently planning on enrolling in school for Child Development -- which is so perfect for her. She is kind-hearted, gentle and so full of laughter and giggles. Best of luck to you Emily, I am sure I will be seeing you in the future :)

Cheers to new beginnings, friends <3
