Kao + Rosanna // Gastby Themed Wedding, Maplewood, Minnesota

To say that Kao and Rosanna are an amazing couple is a complete understatement. I knew the second I met them that it was the beginning of something wonderful, for me! After shooting their Engagement Session I came to find out that they were and are, quite dazzling in front of my camera. All of the little details Rosanna incorporated into their day made everything flow together, the hair pieces, the bridesmaids' pink dresses, the guys' pocket watches and flasks.

But of course, what tied it all together was the two of them surrounded by their amazing, fun and loving group of friends.

Okay, is Kao not the cutest guy EVER?

They were like photographing a dream!

Their Ceremony and Reception spots were just as gorgeous!!

After a much needed meal and lots of family chatter, we made our way to the after party. Yes. ANOTHER incredibly decorated reception hall awaited us in Stillwater <3 I am so in love with Rosanna's taste!

It was during the speeches that I realized how much each and every attendant loved Kao and Rosanna. As minutes passed with thoughtful and tearful words, I found myself choking up with the rest of the crowd.

Kao and Rosanna... you are beautiful souls. You have an enormous amount of love surrounding you and are incredibly supported by your family, friends, even acquaintances, and God. Your love for God shines everywhere! You are a great example of what love means and I know wherever you go in life you will both do great things.

Tou + Gau // A Maplewood, Minnesota Wedding

June 6th was a bright, blissful day full of cuddles and kisses between the bride and groom. I was lucky enough to meet Tou and Gau about 2 months before their wedding as their friends referred them to me after booking.

From the moment I met this charming couple I knew there was a strong, devoted connection between the two of them. Tou's soft spoken sense of humor and Gau's animated personality created a quirky vibe about them that I quite liked.

I have never seen a bride light up the way Gau did the moment she saw Tou on their wedding day. I could see the anticipation growing as she made her way towards him for the first look, but after witnessing their reactions I knew the rest of the day was going to be a piece of cake :)

Tou surprised Gau with a cross necklace before we started the photos. Okay, how sweet is that!?

Since the boys all fish together often, they thought it be best to add their poles into the photo equation. Completely loved their idea!

After the ceremony I snuck off with the two of them for a few more couple photos -- more time with the bride and groom on their wedding day equals one HAPPY photographer!

As always, thanks for visiting!
